Christopher Lee
Founder & CEO
Think Inspired is the brainchild of Christopher Lee, the company’s Founder & CEO. For 31 years, Christopher has worked in the communications, marketing & entrepreneurial space, while concentrating on helping clients acquire and retain their customers of choice. Christopher launched his career at Chrysler Motor Company, in its management training program. Since then, he has moved on to work in the new venture creation marketplace as either a founder, co-founder or investor in enterprises in marketing & communications, distribution and manufacturing. As an accomplished entrepreneur and marketer, he is passionate about advancing multicultural marketing and diversity & inclusion and has committed himself to expanding Think Inspired to assist clients in authentically engaging diverse audiences. When he isn’t working, Christopher enjoys, watching sports, starting a car collection and spending time with his family.

Robert Portillo
Chief Operating Officer
Robert Portillo is Think Inspired’s Chief Operating Officer. Robert has amassed expansive experience and range in the digital and advertising industry with more than 11 years in that space. He specializes in Consulting, Strategy, Project Management, Procurement, and Operations. Robert began his corporate career in telecom over 24 years ago with Nortel, then Nokia, and has since moved on to entrepreneurship. As an insightful consultant, he is passionate about advancing companies’ revenue through strategic initiatives. When he isn’t working, Robert enjoys watching sports that include Texas A&M, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks and USWNT/USMNT Soccer.

Jerry Harris
Sr. Creative Director
Jerry Harris is Think Inspired’s Sr. Creative Director, the individual responsible for coming up with the many engaging visual interfaces our clients enjoy. With more than 30 years of design experience, Jerry has been an invaluable asset and is determined to leave a lasting impression as the lead creative resource for clients and brands. Whether working for a start-up or a leading global enterprise, Jerry’s passion for creating amazing works never waivers. Employing an intellectual and inspired technique, Jerry particularly enjoys mind-mapping and collaboration. When he isn’t mentoring, thinking about, or creating art, he lives a very active lifestyle. After long hours of working, he enjoys ending the day with family or friends around great food, jazz music, and a nice glass of wine.

Jiljuana J. Coleman
Portfolio Manager
Jiljuana J. Coleman – PMP, MBA, is Think Inspired’s Portfolio Manager & Business Strategist. Jiljuana has worked in the management consulting industry for 15 years and specializes in Strategic Planning, Project and Portfolio Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Global Business Strategy. Jiljuana began her career with Regions Bank. She has since founded Jamerson Strategic Consulting, LLC, a global management consultancy firm. As a proficient subject matter expert, advocate, and entrepreneur, Jiljuana’s passion is advancing economic empowerment and women’s entrepreneurship. She is committed to advocating for equitable access to capital, contract opportunities, and global entrepreneurship development programs. When she isn’t working, Jiljuana enjoys reading, traveling and learning new languages and cultures.

Allyson Lee
Account Executive
Allyson Lee is Think Inspired’s Account Executive. Allyson has worked in the marketing industry for three years and specializes in Public Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management. Allyson’s career began at iHeart Media and has since continued at Think Inspired. As a young professional she is passionate about advancement, taking an analytical approach plus superior industry knowledge and organizational abilities to support innovative ideas. She has committed herself to strive for excellence. When she isn’t working, Allyson enjoys Pilates, painting, and fashion.

Jonathan Clarke
Sr. PR Specialist
Jonathan Clarke is Think Inspired’s Sr. Public Relations Specialist. Jonathan has worked in the broadcasting and public communications industry for 35 years and specializes in Strategic Communications, Multiplatform Writing, Broadcast and Print Journalism, Voiceovers and On-Camera Talent. Jonathan spent the early years of his career as a news reporter and producer at television network affiliates in the Midwest and Mid-South. Later, he worked in public relations at the acclaimed Fleishman Hillard Public Communications before working independently consulting as The Clarke Groupe. As an Emmy Award winner and strategist, Jonathan is passionate about consistently delivering high-value, first-rate service and persistent professional development. He is committed to adding maximum value to each project with which he engages. When he isn’t working, Jonathan enjoys singing, creative fiction and poetry writing, photography and cooking.

Bob Hetherington
PR Specialist
Bob Hetherington is Think Inspired’s Public Relations Specialist. He is an MBA-equipped Strategic Communications Consultant specializing in Investor and Public Relations, Corporate and Marketing Communications and Public Affairs. He is a seasoned, savvy communicator and effective advocate, having advised the stewards of national brands such as BP Amoco, Embassy Suites, International Paper and others and having assisted the U.S. Navy around the world. He draws his competitive strength from his years as a senior leader with national award-winning agencies and as a national award-winning journalist and newsroom leader.

Ariel Sawyer-Brooks
Digital Strategist
Ariel Sawyer-Brooks is Think Inspired’s Digital Strategist. Ari has worked in the media industry for 16 years and specializes in Marketing/Promotions, Branding, Social Media Management and Content Creation. Ari’s career at Hunter Promotions and later at Cumulus Media. As a purposeful professional, she is mindful of helping advance minority-owned small businesses into the digital age, growing with the industry as it advances, and has committed herself to engaging young people about career possibilities beyond the traditional pathways. When she isn’t working, Ari enjoys traveling, reading and playing PlayStation with her husband.

Leland Burress
Sr. Digital Strategist
Leland Burress is Think Inspired’s Digital Marketing Advisor. Leland has worked in the digital marketing and advertising space for over 18 years and specializes in campaign development, implementation and optimization. Leland also is a certified data analyst with high regard for data-driven decisions. Leland began his career with Scripps as a digital account executive and has since moved on to work in multiple capacities, including, Digital Sales Manager, Regional Digital Director and General Manager/Regional Digital Strategy Lead. As a seasoned professional he is passionate about advancing the access to and use of raw data, artificial intelligence and machine learning in campaign development. When he isn’t working, Leland enjoys traveling with his family and seeking out new Disney experiences around the globe (as they are all Disney fanatics), watching Braves baseball and running.

Loie has worked in the accounting and finance industry for 22 years and specializes in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis. Loie’s career in corporate accounting began at International Paper Company. She then worked with nonprofits as the Finance Director. As a skilled accountant, she is passionate about helping companies to balance their books and manage their finances with ease. She is committed to providing companies with key financial insights to make effective decisions. When she isn’t working, Loie enjoys spending time with her family and serving in the Women’s Ministry.
