Financial Services Corporation, Northwestern Mutual is a well-regarded leader in the financial services industry. In the Memphis market, the company wanted to improve its connection with the local African-American community. So, Northwestern Mutual enlisted Think Inspired Marketing to develop a strategy to better connect with the market’s Black residents. Think Inspired hosted a series of events and sponsorships, launched a targeted grassroots marketing and community campaign and an invitation-only engagement featuring a widely-known financial guru. As a result of TI’s efforts, Northwestern Mutual realized a measurable increase in the number of residents who approached the company for financial services.
